Christie’s International Real Estate approached us with a clear vision: elevate their digital presence to reflect the prestige of their global luxury brand. Their primary goal was to increase the perception of luxury across their website and to do so in a way that empowered their internal team to own and evolve the site over time.

Inspiration
Drawing from the elegance of their style guide and the timeless beauty of the homes they represent, we translated this essence into a refined web-native experience. The design strategy centered on creating a sense of refinement and composure, where generous spacing, careful typography, and visual restraint delivered a luxurious atmosphere.

Equally important was ensuring the Christie’s team could take the reins post-launch. We designed a scalable system: components, patterns, and clear documentation to make ongoing updates and page creation simple and intuitive.

Leveraging Figma's power
Figma’s componentization and powerful use of variants were key to our approach. We built a flexible design system that included content patterns for current needs as well as future possibilities—supporting everything from property listings to editorial content. By defining patterns as full content blocks, and assembling pages with auto-layouts, Christie’s designers can now build and update pages with drag-and-drop ease, all while maintaining visual consistency.
